I wouldn't call liars and data manipulators "scurrilous poopy heads". I would first of all call them dangerous. Then I'd call them ideological zealots. Lastly, I'd strip them of the right to place 'scientist' anywhere near their names. They should be blackballed for the rest of their lives from doing any meaningful research in anything other than designing doorknobs or childrens toys. I'm sure they could get a job like maybe the White House press secretary or work for the DNC propaganda machine. Al Gore might pull a few strings for them, too.
