religion kills wrote: <quoted text> No comment on the argument except to say those still seeing a link between autism and vaccination are the types that see whatever they want and cling to it even without any supporting data and in fact with data against it. But my post is to comment on your correcting someone's grammer. Look at the sentance, he used it as a noun.(a plural one). actually the other spelling that means something else but sounds the same is also a noun. What is your issue? That he used 'ignorant' as a noun instead of an an adjective ('you ignorant people'). Just being snarky about someone that can't correctly use the word ignorant calling others the same... You are correct - there was plenty to criticize about the poster's stance without going into grammar, spelling, and punctuation...

The interesting thing about GBS is in 1976 it was found most had a family history of it, meaning the vaccine happened to maybe be the trigger most most all recovered. Those who are getting the H1N1 vaccine at this point are those considered high risk, so this boy could have ended up a fatality of the viurs as opposed to GBS, a rare muscle disorder that develops when a person’s own immune system attacks the nerves, causing muscle weakness, difficulty walking and sometimes paralysis in which this boy like many others recover fully.
That's the point of researching these choices and your own family history and risk factors.

Not to foregt many cases go unreported. This boy is lucky since he can recover (Fully?). But to say MAY BE the vaccine caused it, when aknowledging symptoms appeared 18 hours after vaccination, is shamefull. This is the case with Autism after vaccination. The stong link is quite often reported as coincidence. Just to keep public in ht dark. Enjoy your Guillaum Barré shot.

The thing is Raymond, GBS runs in families (genetic), and the vaccine MAY have been a trigger for it, but anything else could also be that trigger. It can show up at any time in life. The reason why it's so rarely seen even after a vaccine is because it's genetic.
The vaccine didn't cause GBS, GBS was already there to begin with in that person and most often it's blamed on the trigger than the real predisposition. That's the point of researching these choices and your own family history and risk factors in odere to make a good choice for ones self. Basing that choice on this is foolish.
As for autism, GBS is not even close to autism and this vaccine has never been related to autism.

You'd think people would learn to communicate better so their comments don't get removed. The majority never got GBS in 1976 and they're not now, either.
As for vaccines and autism, there is no credible scientific evidence that vaccines cause autism, however one day they may find it may for a small portion of people but then they'll not call it autism. They'd end up calling it something else while others like my child with 'real' autism are being born. Even if vaccines do cause autism, instead of name-calling and attacking, tell me how? Explain why some kids have autism after vaccines but most never do? What is it about vaccines that cause it?? Why more boys than girls?? We're talking scientific evidence, not parental reporting.
