Nanobac Pharmacuticlas (NNBP) has more upside potential vs. downside risk than any company on my radar. If their theories pan out their stock could go from $0.12 to a dollar before some large pharm. company snaps them up.

The big shots in this company have close to 60% of the stock openly God knows how many share their family and friends own. They have driven off most of their origioinal investors like the Nutmeg Group and bargain prices (below0.10 per share).
They are now in a partnership with Merck and AstroZenica on something called the "High Risk Plaque Initiative" If Nanobac's theories of CNP's hold up they could seriously harm sales of many existing and in the pipeline drugs. Either of these huge companies could offer $2.00 per share for this 0.07 stock and only cost them less than a half a billion dollars. Almost pocket change for a huge body or research and patents to use or kill as they see fit. AND THAT'S MY THEORY.

MY BET IS ON AstraZenica: Recently they paid $15.6 BILLION for the purchase of a Biotech called MedImune beating out many in a bidding war. Big pharm. companies have spent around 75 BILLION in the past few years to buy biotech companies. Nanobac (NNBP) could be purchased for only 250 to 500 Million: a drop in the bucket compaired to the $15.6 billion they paid for MedImune. This would give the investors in Nanobac a huge return on investment. It would do the same for those independent stockholders that Nanobac hasn't driven away. Stockholders: HOLD ON TO YOUR STOCK! Don't let them scare you off.

NO CHANCE FOR A HOSTILE TAKEOVER: Why should AstraZenica pay $1 ti $2 for a $0.07 stock. Because about 60% of the stock is held within the company. the CEO alone has over 42% of the total stock issued and outstanding. He alone will set the price. So if anyone has any belief in, or fear of, CNP's they will have to pay his price. Nanobac has this field tied up three ways from Sunday. They have patients, copyrights and agreements from NASA which gives them the whole thing "on earth" So long as someone doesn't open a stock exchange on the moon it is Nanobac.
