How to tell if i have appendicitis

I want to know how to tell. If anyone has had it before please tell me the symptoms you had before you got it checked out. For the past 4 days i have been having on and off pain in my right side and on and off pain in the middle of my stomach. Also i get very dizzy when i stand up. I have been feel like i have to vomit but not much thats on and off also. I do not have a fever.

idk either i have a really bad sharp pain in my lower right side kinda close to my hip bone.it was really bas liek the worst pain ever last night but now it went away and comes back. every once in a while i feel like im gonna throw up but i know im not going to and i think i might have a mild fever. does anyone know what this might be. could it be appendicitis? please comment and help me outtt.

I had an appendicitis about 3 weeks ago now, It woke me up at 2 in the morning with REALLY REALLY bad belly pains. Not just in 1 place all over. I sat in my bed till morning thinking it might calm down but didn't. the pain just seemed to travel to my bottom right hand side. The pain was a thumping pain and i couldnt move or walk very easily. I was took to the emergancy doctor and i was straight away reffered to the hospital. I then had the opperation for them to be removed.

Hey i have ben getting abdominal pain, and it started above my belly button and it was quite painful, now its moved down to my lower right and lower right back, also sometimes on my lower left, but not very often. this pain isnt excruciating but is quite painful, its not always there but wen it comes on its rather uncomfertable. also if i put slight pressure on my lower right it does hurt quite alot. Help?!?!?!?

I have exactly the same! the doctor didn't know it could be but thought it might be Chlamydia but my test came back negative. but i'm still in so much pain!

it turns out my pain is actually Endometriosis

I have been having abdominal pain and have been throwing up no high fever i had fever but it goes away is it appendicitis

I just had my appendix removed on Wednesday night-- a week ago. I woke up at 3 am with pains all throughout my stomach, vomated once, then it moved to the right lower side of my stomach. Went to the doctors, they sent me to get an ultrasound, then I was immediately sent into emergency surgery. I would definitely go get it checked out before something happens, like it bursting.

I have a pain on the left side of my belly button. It is moving towards my belly button now and is hurting more. Last night, I had a very bad pain in my back, but it is gone now. i woke up this morning with awful pain in my lower stomach. I eventually started vomiting. My throat and nose are on fire and i can hardly walk. i have most the symptoms of appendicitis and im scared.

i have really bad back and abdominal pain, i have a high fever usually. it always wakes me up in the middle of the night. and this time i woke up at 2 and i was vomiting.the doctor tod me yesterday that i had a UTI but these arent symptoms of that.. what is wrong with me?
