I finally took my acupuncturists advice and began using the herb milky oats for anxiety. Since i am so used to taking meds, i have never been much of a believer in herbs but i can't believe how much better i feel. I wanted to share this with this forum - i know different things for different people but this is definitely worth a try. I am sleeping better feeling better overall and have cut down on my anxiety meds significantly.
