I would like to start off by saying. I am no one special in the field of panic attacks. I have no qualifications in helping people with their panic attacks nor do I want to get any. What I do have is a long track record as a sufferer of those dreaded panic attacks.
But anything that would help me I am willing to have a look. Cheers |

Ahhh...getting over panic attacks took me a long time. For me - medicine was NOT the answer. I found great tips at www.stop-anxiety-panic-attack.com
They talk about deep breathing methods. Counting during an anxiety attack to focus while you calm down etc. It did the trick for me. -Rachel |
