Mental illness can be treated

I had cancer. I still have anxiety. Not that long ago, "cancer" was a taboo subject in polite conversation. via Statesman Journal

Yes, it can be! Many diets are missing key nutrients that the brain needs. My daughter was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. A diet, sunshine and ways to handle stress helped her. She no longer had bipolar disorder. Her main problem was getting off the medications. That's the real culprit. To learn more:
