A lifelong tool used successfully by many panic sufferers is hypnosis. A self hypnosis mp3 is easy and convenient as it may be downloaded to an mp3 player for private, instant relief. More information is available at http://self-hypnosis.org

I found this interesting articleon the net.

I would like to start off by saying. I am not an expert in the field of panic attacks. I have no qualifications in helping people with their panic attacks nor do I want to get any. What I do have is a long track record as a sufferer of those dreaded panic attacks.

I have wandered around aimlessly for countless hours on end, waiting for the panic attacks to subside. For your information, the walking bit was the only way I could get the panic attacks to go away.

Yes, those close to me told me that the panic attacks were all in my head. I knew that, but by god they felt very real to me.

I will tell you a short story. Stick with me here, I want to paint a picture for you on how bad these panic attacks used to effect me.

I went to Melbourne (Yes I am Australian) to watch a game of football with my best mate. We had a great time at the footy, our team one, we had a few beers, it was a day to be remembered. Unfortunately I remember it for all the wrong reasons. These panic attacks were always worse when I was away from home. Low and behold I woke up in the middle of the night. I can remember it like it was yesterday. It was 1.13am on Sunday morning. I had to go for a walk in Melbourne at night time, that didn't make the situation any easier let me tell you. What a walk it was! I got back to our room at 8.37am, yes you read right 7 hours and 24 minutes later. I walked the whole time. I was exhausted. There had to better way, wouldn't you agree.

That's when I found Panic Away. An easy to follow, medication free approach. Renowned anxiety expert Joe Barry has taught thousands of people to be rid of their panic attacks. I am also glad to be one of those people that has benefited as well.

Anyway enough about me. If you are reading this and you are at your wits end. Stop what you doing and go and have a look for yourself (you will find the link at the bottom of this article). Yes you will have to work at it but you can do it, I know you can.

Anyway I am off fishing with my mate. We are going way out there, no coming back from there unless I want to swim for a couple of hours. This was unthinkable before Panic Away.

Go for it. Go and have a look for yourself.

All the Best

Craig

I was pretty embarrassed about speaking about my panic attacks. You don't have to be head over to Panic Away. I wish you well. Panic Attacks are all in your head and you can get rid of them with Panic Away
