New diet drug touches off a feeding frenzy

At 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 12 boxes of alli, the first FDA-sanctioned diet drug to be sold without a prescription, were placed on the top shelf of a Santa Monica Walgreens' diet section.

And be sure to be blessed with the right metabolism! I have an identical twin sister, and we are both slim. I eat healthily, and work out at the gym 4 times a week. She eats mostly fast food, and refuses to work out. We're within 3 pounds of each other.

So, quit preaching just because you're blessed. If you had the wrong genes, you'd probably be fat and looking for a cure as well.

I agree with you on the metabolism part, but as for the blessing part, who does the blessing and why are some blessed and others not? Seems discriminatory to me
