EECP therapy tackles heart maladies

Full story: San Bernardino County Sun

I am somewhat claustrophobic, so when my cardiologist, Dr. Howard K. Elkin, said I would benefit from a treatment that involved me being strapped down on a cot one hour a day, five days a week, for seven weeks, it almost gave me a heart attack! However, I completed the whole seven weeks.

I had a four by-pass heart surgery about two years ago. It seems that all is working well with the by-passes. I do have a heavy feeling in my head which may be cause bt poor circulation in the brain. My mitral valve has a moderate "leak." My pulse runs about 55 beats per minute. It has been that way for years.

Is there a possibility that EECP Therapy might help in these things mentioned?

EECP treatments are typically adiminstered in one-hour sessions, 5 days a week for 7 weeks. There are several treatment locations in CA; you can search for a site by zip code at http://www.vasomedical.com/treatment_us.php , just type in your zip code and it'll pull the 10 closest locations. EECP is covered by Medicare and most private insurance cariers as well. Foe more information please call Vasomedical at 800-455-EECP. Good luck!

EECP might help you, but there is one more treatment that might help you which exists in the ancient books of Ayurveda. for more details visit www.madhavbaug.org

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Gemini

You're viewing the world from a wonderfully optimistic perspective today, which makes you feel good. However, it's important that you keep your feet on the ground and don't allow yourself to be carried away by wishful thinking or unrealistic expectations. These will lead you in the wrong direction and you'll be bitterly disappointed when reality intrudes on your lovely dreams.
