Why do employers say equal opportunity employment and still discriminate?Is it fair to those people who've made mistakes and try to redeem themselves by doing what's right?It's easy to say keep trying ,but until you walk in that person's shoe you'll never know!Break the cycle give hope,educate people on the the Revolving door of the Judicial system.
