- Prove it... If you didn't start off sounding like a stark raving lunatic then the bible verse may have some impact. In the end it just fits with the lunacy. For those of you keeping score, this makes at least the seventh time in in the past 18 months that Section 3 of DOMA has been declared unconstitutional, with zero wins to its credit. On to the inevitable appeals round.

In other news on that front, the Gill and Commonwealth cases were heard by a three judge panel early last month, we should be hearing that death knell for DOMA there before the end of the year.
