Sure it is, thank goodness. Science is too stuck in its current paradigm prison to broaden its scope. It will take another 50-100 years for science to actually grasp quantum physics and all it shows us. It upsets the scientific world that they might be incorrect in many things.

The belief system of science is akin to religious beliefs in that it awards only collective thoughts on past events. Individual events that are not exactly the same are anathema to science. But human beings are exactly that, which is why 'true science' simply refuse to deal with humanity except to say we are all a bunch of chemicals randomly quantified and qualified, but similar enough to look fundamentally the same.

Popular science is way too controlled by big business and the pseudoscience of medicine to welcome any new theory or evidence. There's no profit in it. I mean, you can see a dollar, thump it, spend it and earn another just like it if you go with the flow of power and wealth and what the egoists want us to think. Teflon or a new mind altering chemical like aspartame is far more 'satisfying' and 'rewarding' to replicate. LOL!

Psychology is a psuedo science, for it deny's what it represents.

When you study the evolution of the word "Psyche' you find its Greek derivative most intrinsically meaning, "Soul".

Ology is the study of something. So, Psychology is the Study of the Soul. But you wont find very many psychologists willing to admit that!
