You want the tax revenue I pay on a pack of cigarettes. I smoke outside in rain, sleet and snow at a regulated distance. Last time I checked, smoking was legal. BTW- I have yet to see an establishment comply with the law in toto.

Over regulation of a legal substance is ridiculous.

Make tobacco illegal already; you prepare to bi-tch that you pay more taxes.

Silly rose colored glasses wearers refuse to look at the whole picture.

I can't believe anyone could be stupid enough to stand in the rain to smoke.

However, you must be that person.

I think we should get rid of controlling people such as yourself! If someone is smoking away from you out in the open its really none of yours or anyone else's damn business! Keep your nose where it belongs in your business and out of everyone else's.

How is your trans fat intake, you know that's not good for you. What's your cholesterol, trig level? I would be more than happy to calculate your BMI.

Holier than thou people need to self reflect about their bad habits.

If your BMI is greater than your IQ = you're a fat ass with a low IQ.

My BMI is 19.1

Tick tock, tick tock, fat ass.

My point, stop vilifying something legal, just as a baconater is; difference, I pay taxes on my bad habit There are a very few number of people that live their lives "right". Self reflect as opposed to deflect as I save to pay for your knee replacement.

It makes no sense to outlaw/ban something that generates so much tax revenue as smoking does.

The loss of revenue will only result in higher and higher taxes.

This is why socialism always fails in the end, higher taxes and loss of freedom are always the result of this misguided policies.

Re-read the post I said "away from you" . If I am standing ten feet from you I am not blowing smoke in your face. You should be more worried about what the Glatfelter (mead) pumps out of those smoke stacks that peels the paint off your car then me smoking down wind from you.
