Not to be rude about it, but your inner city communities are incredibly stupid if they are buying into that song, and are easily led by anyone with a slick line of patter that's willing to tell them that it's "not their fault" because of indiscriminate multiple sexual contacts or intravenous drug use, it's the "white" government's fault.
With an out of wedlock birth rate of over 65% and a high school graduationm rate well below 40%, 30 year old Grandmamas Rev., you'd be far better off getting these snake oil salesmen like Wright and his ilk away from your children, getting them to stay in school, stay home at night, and learn about birth control or establish some kind standards of morality for days other than Sunday mornings at 11.

Check this out, remember the anthrax attacks in DC? Well, I use to work there and that postal facility is 90% black. I still have friends there and everyone believes that the attacks were a gov't experiment on blacks b/c the whites on Capitol Hill were given the antibiotics for anthrax, even the police dogs when it was first discovered that the envelopes contained anthrax! We all know that most whites work on Capitol Hill so they were allowed protection! Anyway, for approximately three weeks later the postal workers were given the antibiotics! They knew those anthrax letters were processed at that facility yet they kept telling the postal workers that it was safe to work! However, two postal workers died, one I knew personally! Notice, how they've never found out who sent those anthrax letters!
These whites can believe what they want but we know better to ever trust this gov't b/c of all of the things that they've done and continue to do to AA's.
