Hey all

I was circed at age 20 (currently 40)due to medical reasons and would say my preference is to not be circed. People harp on about studies but what I would say is that there is a deffinate difference in the sensation between circed and uncirced both during arousal and non arousal. I dont like to use the term loss as that just upsets people but would say that as I have experienced both states my preference is the sensation I felt prior to being circumcised so would say that there is a loss in my view. I have 3 boys all intact. My decision not to circ them is largley due to my own experience but more importantly I had a realization that my penis is actually realy realy important to me so I decided to place the same importance on my boys penis as I do my own. So many people circ their sons without any real though or consideration. I have seen many negative commments from mainly those who dont have foreskins ie mothers and circed fathers which display very little value or understanding of the foreskin its self. All the studies that might show benifit are really insignificant in the developed society I live in. Recent findings concerning African HIV and circumcision studies in all honesty will do little more than kill more people they were so badly performed and presented. In many cases those who have chosen to circ their kids are locked into an unfalable mentality of justification as the the thought of having done something to your own child which is a detriment is more than most can bear. At the end of the day it is a personal choice to be made by the parent on behalf of the child and some do take the time to research and think about it before doing it and I think that is ok. But those who do it for really stupid superficial reasons such as to look like dad or others, beleif it is the preference of the women in the community (I dont really care what their preference is)or the BS around hygeine,std or HIV I would say these are very weak justifications.

Being Jewish I think you should inform all those who decry a "cut" penis is that in an all jewish community cervical cancer in woman is very very rare.I am sure it is due to the fact that the smegma under a foreskin is a deciding factor.Unless peeled back and washed every few houres smegma stinks.

Add to my letter, I have had lovers and I always found the "cut" ones could far out perform the ones witha foreskin, and the rim and helmet were bigger in relation to length, believe me, once you have had a "cut" penis ,you wouldnt want anything anintact one, and as regards giving a blow job, the feel of that rim in your mouth is out of this world.

Whatever people, to each his own. As a mother my son is intact I feel Mother Nature made dicks like that they should stay that way. you can get foreskin restoration if you miss it buy a special foreskin stretching kit and itll stretch the skin on the shaft til it covers the tip perfectly it won't be as good as a proper intact man but its better than nothing! you have a right to hate being circumcised its a primitive act and we are too intelligent and civilized to still be preforming it

what are you talking about? germany recently made it illegal for baby boys to be circumised and i don't tink france is into circumcision either

I have no sensitivity at all. My father was not circumcised. I always hated the idea to be circumcised. I have suffered from infections but my father not. The infections were not due to uncleanness because my mother was a Maternity nurse and made sure about cleanness.
Circumcision is an unnecessary procedure. How on earth can circumcision prevent HIV if a man uses a condom? I am not in favor of any sex before marriage and if you rather encourage people not to have uncommitted sex, that would rather stop the transmission of HIV Aids and not circumcision. Why can one man not stay with his wife? Are we not encouraging people to sleep around with the Circumcision issue? In Black Africa circumcision is seen as a permanent condom. Is this not going to worsen the spread of HIV Aids?

Gay men have told me that smegma is vastly overrated as a problem. It is also very easy to wash the tip of the penis before getting down to bizness with a man. Civilised sex takes place within 10 meters of a bath, you know.

The foreskin is not the cause of cervical cancer. HPV is, and what spreads HPV around is condomless sex with many partners. Cervical cancer is indeed rare among Jewish women, but the reason is in part genetic. In my experience, Jewish women can be free spirits in word and thought, but down at the wire, they are careful who they have sex with. Kudos to them.

I thoroughly agree that Americans should stop obsessing about making every penis bald, and instead make sure that every African village has free condoms.
Important factors in African AIDS include anal sex as birth control for poor illiterates, and village dispensaries that reuse sharps and don't have a functioning steriliser. Both problems are do to a shameful low level of education and to deep poverty. It's much easier to talk about circumcision in Africa, because half or more of African tribes do rite of passage circumcision. Those that don't cut are at least aware of the custom.

I have read that most Turkish prostitutes will not service an intact man. The exceptions are the ones who have decided to make a career of servicing European foreigners. So what you say may be true in the Moslem world generally. I have never heard of western hemisphere prostitutes being unwilling to service an uncut man. They may insist on washing him carefully first, and more and more hookers are insisting on condoms.

I have read a lot about sex for over 4 decades. I have never heard of brothels for women anywhere. If that existed in decadent New York or LA, we would know about it.

If an American woman chooses to be a free spirit, which was my wife's story when she was young, she will have many cut partners, and a few with all the moving parts (Latinos, foreign born). Quite a few American women who've been with both have come to a conclusion that is the opposite of yours, and blogged/commented accordingly. Some of these free spirits are even Jewish lol.

Intact adult men are supposed to have foreskins that retract completely and comfortably, fully exposing the rim. No need to get circumcised in order for the ladies to enjoy the rim.
