That would be among the documents included in the RICO indictment for fraudulent denial of addictiveness, would it? Hmm? Part of the history of flooding the literature with bogus "studies" for the sake of pretending there was still "legitimate scientific debate"? Yeah, we all know they did that. So, what's your point in reminding us here?

A law that says "no smoking inside" DOES NOT say "Smoke outside". The only force involved there is the inability to refrain from smoking. That is addiction, buddy. Twist any way you want to. You folks keep screaming that "smoking is a choice". Well, if thats so, then smoking outside is a choice and not something that ANYONE has forced on you. Grow a pair and take responsibility for your bizarre behavior. How does it feel to help destroy the constitution. Supporting the loss of private property rights, Supporting kids being able to buy cigarettes at any age. Supporting the loss of business, loss of jobs. How does it feel knowing you helped put kids and families on the street. How does it feel to know you help create hate among people. You and your kind are very unamerican. You and your kind are helping destroy every thing our forefathers fought and died for. You want a communist country you should move to one.

Given that you think posting a link to an RJR document is "proof" that nicotine isn't really addictive, I'd say YOUR retention just might have migrated a little bit. Ever hear the words "Racketeering-Influenced or Corrupt Organization"? Or, maybe, "Master Tobacco Settlement"? You lack the credibility to claim to "prove" ANYthing, no matter how much you post and how long you proclaim relevance and interpretation. It may be exasperating for you that a long history of misrepresentation, delusion, and simply irrational assertions of meaning have surprisingly failed to persuade anyone who wasn't already in lockstep with your fantasies, but that's simply the way life goes sometimes. Get over it.

Get over it. The tobacco trial was a farce, the tobacco companies were guilty before the trial started. The tobacco companies were not allowed to give any evidence in their favor. As far as your side goes, talk about lies. Every thing they say is a lie. How can one thing be the cause of every disease. Just look around here in Topix and see there is a new article almost every week of smoking causing some thing else. Why wasn't all this around when I grew up when almost all smoked. How in the hell does smokers hold all the longevity records if smoking is so deadly. How come 2/3 of all cancer deaths are non smokers. Smoking bans are here to destroy private property rights and they have done a very good job at it. It is ignorant people like you who are helping destroy this country. This country will fall very shortly, maybe before the end of the year. Hope you like a government run by the UN with no constitution. The constitution is just about gone now. The government no longer follows it. That means you no longer have any rights.

Laws are put in place so the use of force can be justified you self righteous controlling fool. If the smokers "choose" to smoke outdoors....then no law is needed that actually forces them anywhere. Where did you learn logic from...a cracker jack box?

Thanks "Free-dum" for letting us know YOU are among the listed types, such as degenerates, drunks, riffraff ect. Would you care to specify, or do you fit in with all of them? PS/ As most smokers are not of that ilk, I'm sure you can, and do feel special.
