Seniors are very vulnerable not only with physical ailments but also with mental disorders. It was seen that they are prone to develop depressive symptoms because of the situations that they encounter. They would greatly benefit if depression and other mental illnesses are covered by health benefits. http://www.zoloftlawsuitsattorney.com

Inside the Battle to Define Mental Illness

Every so often Al Frances says something that seems to surprise even him. Just now, for instance, in the predawn darkness of his comfortable, rambling home in Carmel, California, he has broken off his exercise routine to declare that “there is no definition of a mental disorder. It’s bullshit. I mean, you just can’t define it.” Then an odd, reflective look crosses his face, as if he’s taking in the strangeness of this scene: Allen Frances, lead editor of the fourth edition of the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (universally known as the DSM-IV), the guy who wrote the book on mental illness, confessing that “these concepts are virtually impossible to define precisely with bright lines at the boundaries.” For the first time in two days, the conversation comes to an awkward halt.

Pasted from < http://www.wired.com/magazine/2010/12/ff_dsmv... ;

There are no genetic tests, no brain scans, blood tests, chemical imbalance tests or X-rays that can scientifically/medically prove that any psychiatric disorder is a medical condition.

Alsheimer and Dementia are associated with mind drugs IMO. Certainly a person, caretaker or family member should not overlook the Nursing home industry and what the big business could gain by declaring a person incompetent and unable to handle their affairs. Many inheridence has been lost by allowing the mental health industry diagnose a elderly person.

When you consider there is no medical model, no evidence based medicine, no test for chemical imbalance and that the mental health industry (APA) lied about chemical imbalance to politically drug this nation for a Republican New World Order then you need to protect the interest of the elderly and defend this nation against the enemies foreign and domestic.

Electronic Medical Records

Don't overlook that Mental Health evaluations are part of the Electronic Health Records (EHR) in the USA and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) in Europe and Austrelia and that represents a means of distribution among the political ill intent of the medical and psychological, policing / legal and Governmental agencies including educational systems worldwide for social control. Even the "on the spot" evaluation and opinion of your demeanor and your "tip of the tongue statement" at the appointment of the local MD will reside in the records to which you will have limited or no access. Your life could depend on these statements within the closed secretative medical organization during medical services including operations and drug prescriptions. Certainly the Medical Oath to do no harm has been violated in the past considering the number of deaths including mind drugging of the public and its most vunerable members, the elderly and the children.

It may be noteworthy to understand that the Electronic Records would align and create the unity of opinion for the psychological services that have no medical science and are based on hearsay for court proceedings and lawsuits and allow other persons (unknown) to read, make and to invade and influence opinions on a person without knowledge of that person direct. Lots of laughs around the water cooler in the DA's office or in chamber of the judicial judge or your local medical doctors office...don't you think?

Of interest is the taxpayer funding of billions of dollars for this Republic Constitutional intrusion for power and control of the USA in the New World Order.

Mental health care did not use to be a priority but is now making its way in into the different institutions. However, it still has a long way to go because such services are not yet available for all. There needs to be an evaluation to ensure that proper services are given not only to those who have resources but also to others.

Maybe the Mental Health Industry needs a science. Something other then the hearsay , voodoo, tarot card readings and crystal ball gazing for drugging innocent victims for a political agenda.
