My daughter has ADHD, I'm searching for guidance and advice. I have tried every drug on the market to no avail. Homework time is the worst. She cannot focus and goes into a tantrum and then takes it out on me and the rest of the family. I am recently divorced so any structure I try to implement doesn't necessarily get carried over to her other home. If anyone out there has suggestions that I could try please, please let me in on them. The little hair I once had on my head is about gone!

I also have a child with ADHD and has the same behavioral patterns that your child does. Going back and forth between homes must make it even harder on you to control the behavior. I to tried the Ritalin with little to no success. I found the drug made my child lethargic and once it wore off she would either crash or become even more hyper-active. Believe me, I tried it for a period of time to see if it would build up in her system and alleviate not only the behavior but the side effects. It did not. After doing much research I found two programs that are working for my daughter and my family. I use Play Attention ( www.playattention.com ) and adhdnanny ( www.adhdnanny.com ). Play Attention is a cool program that builds behavioral shaping and she loves to play it which makes it that much more easy on me. ADHD Nanny gives me and my family tools for everyday structure to assist her. This would probably work great for you because both homes can use it and it would provide consistency when she is with you or your former spouse. Check them out and let me know how you make out!

Has anyone else tried ADHD nanny? I am really concerned. I joined recently for a free trial and gave my credit card details as required. We really liked the site but I contacted them about some technical issues and it took a few days for them to reply which I found surprising for a paid site. They said they would call me later that day but they did not. Then, my daughter and I were unable to sign into the account that evening (friday )and have not been able to since. I have emailed a few times over the last 5 days but I have had no response. i am getting worried that I have given my card details to a dodgy company and am going to contact my bank to see if there has been any fraud. I only heard about adhd nanny after reading the post here. I would be grateful if anyone could shed some more light. thanks

I have never had a problem with this company and none of my friends that use them have ever had a problem. I've been totally happy with them. They have always been very accommodating and I am confident they will resolve your issue. I would not have recommended this platform if I did not believe in it.
I hope this eases your mind.
