This will mean that only the wealthy in this country will be able to afford quality health care. Our taxes will sky rocket, health care costs will sky rocket, and the rest of us will get substandard health care. Over 40% of physicians will stop practicing medicine under this Obamanation of a plan.

I am voting green party next time. OUT WITH ALL THE CROOKS. There is NO GOD DAMN reason in the world that we are the only friggin country without some form of universal coverage. HELL even Iraq has coverage. You spineless sellouts! You should have just called it medicare part E for everybody. Lord knows you have the stupid seniors being told they are going to get medicare cuts when in fact you are expanding medicare. lol @ I don't want the govt touching my medicare. My grandma has medicare and she loves it. Me on the other hand I am going broke paying $617/month for a crappy HMO. medicare for all damnit.

Go Don Go wrote: As always the dim libs vote to ship US jobs overseas, this time they voted to ship the doctors away. Next booming industry, medical tourism. There are already groups doing studies in several Carribean countries, and Mexico to get resorts and hotels with medical facilities for those needing quality health care without the wait. As the US moves to socialized medical services with less qualified people quality health care will soon be a thing of the past in the US. People will be looking elsewhere. Rumors that as Obama downsizes the military hospital ships will be the first ones to go. There are medical groups interested in these ships to have floating health care for those needing quality care without the wait, these will be flagged in the Carribean as well. This could all be part of the Obama job stimulus plan, sort of like government owned GM expanding operations in Mexico, Canada, China, and Europe on the US taxpayer, and downsizing in the US. OBAMA Nation quality health care a thing of the past. LMFAO!!! AHAHAHH First off don't stop drinking the Koolaid ya sheep. 1. The jobs were shipped overseas because greedy corporations found out they could still maintain tax breaks and obtain cheaper labor overseas. H1B visa anyone.(thanks reagan for that one) 2. Medical tourism has been around and gaining popularity among Americans BECAUSE THE PRICE IS TOO DAMN HIGH. So aunt nelly will get her new boob job and tummy tuck in India for a quarter of the cost.(thanks insurance companies for that one) 3. This is the only country were a doctor can charge you based on the looks of the insurance company for the same procedure. If you go to a doctor with a "cadillac" plan the cost is twice than if you go with medicare or an HMO. The operation is still the same though. Doctors in every other country get paid like you and I. A salary or flat fee, not this bullsit of I charge whatever I want for the same procedure.(note: think of going to fix your car; you are an idiot so the mechanic charges you double for what he charged your neighbor half the price) 4th and last...this is the only country where you can go bankrupt due to a cancer or serious illness.(68% of bankruptcies due to med bills)

I don't follow 'talking points', I'm able to put two and two together. Costs can be controlled in three ways: -Limit the 'covered' procedures (rationing). Political suicide. -Cover all procedures and raise taxes accordingly. Political suicide. -Enforce "Guidelines for a Healthy, Prosperous and Productive Lifestyle" (while threatening 1 and 2 as alternatives). Which would you "choose"?

Get your coat and wave to the sell out in the White House for the high costs of your medicine. Remember, the bill was to get health care for the illegals and dealdbeat leechs, on the back of the taxpayer and our seniors. Have a safe trip.
