It is a simple fact that you can avoid second hand smoke by refusing to give your business to a smoking establishment. That is not good enough for you. You feel that you have the right to declare a private business public space and strip the property owner of the right to use a legal product on their own property. You have no legal justification to take this action. The science behind the ban just does not stand up to scrutiny either scientifically or under the law. Where are all those winning lawsuits for second hand smoke exposure? The fact is that it is all a bunch of Bull$hit that just can't stand up to scrutiny. A selfish few who think that they have the right to dictate to everyone else. If the demand for non-smoking establishments was so high they all would have gone so on their own. The fact is that it is a noisy few who think that because there are more non-smokers that all those non-smokers agree with them and therefore have the right to strip the owners of their right to cater to clientele of their choosing. Again it is pure selfishness on your part because you cannot show any legal or scientific justification. Just your childish stomping your feet I don't like it make them stop.
