Not one. But you selfish socialist A-holes walk into a private business and declare it public space and the air is yours. That would be the equivalent to me walking into your house and demanding the right to smoke. It is not me that is uncivilized it is you that through brute force of law demand that everyone cater to you. There is nothing truthful or civilized about you or your fascist friends. "The masses have spoken"? So you suggest that we live under mob rule where the constitutional rights and property rights are subject to mob rule. How civilized of you. Perhaps you need to be educated on the principles this country were founded on. So..your another selfish addict in denial. You think because you are in a private business or hell even your own property, that you are exempt from laws? Many communities have nuisance laws such as noise and odor...thats right in many communities, if your odors are offensive to others, you can be fined. Its not socialism you paranoid freak...it is part of maintaining a civilized society in which people can co-exist. Unfortunately these laws need to exist because selfish a-holes like the angry addicts in here who have no clue how to be considerate of others. In your world, you believe get to do what you want when you want, but truth be told that's not how it really works. Time to wake up and smell the coffee (that is if your nose still works properly)! Mob rule/democracy they are the same (you are so simple lmao). Don't like "mob-rule" maybe move to China and live under communism-rule! lol You are so simple lmao

Yeah right....what data do you have that supports this...a bowling alley that was already doing bad...a small bar that already had serious economic troubles? Its easy to say the blame is the ban, but that is nothing more than a straw man argument. People are choosing (in the majority) that they do not care for smoking in confined public localities, and the laws are finally being changed to accommodate the majority of voters. It was only a matter of time when the OLD GUARD left office, clearing the way for a modern, youthful, virile, healthy younger generation of leaders, who are collectively casting out the "old" ways. All I can tell you and your kind is, the future is here and your antiquated ways of thinking that YOU are the only one that exists, are just about as shriveled up as you smokers lungs.

Mob rule/democracy they are the same (you are so simple lmao). Don't like "mob-rule" maybe move to China and live under communism-rule! lol You are so simple lmao Like I said smokers never demanded to smoke anywhere they wanted. So again it is you anti-smokers that are selfish. Yes mob rule and democracy are the same thing and the founding fathers were smart enough to realize that that is why they set up a Constitutional Republic, From Wiki John Adams defined a constitutional republic as “a government of laws, and not of men.” Constitutional republics are a deliberate attempt to diminish the perceived threat of majoritarianism, thereby protecting dissenting individuals and minority groups from the “tyranny of the majority” by placing checks on the power of the majority of the population. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitutional_r... Simpletons like you have bought into the propaganda set forth by the power hungry to circumvent the Constitution. Make no mistake your socialistic draconian bans are taking of private property and declaring it public space a clear violation of the fifth amendment. It is also a violation of our state constitution. Private property for public use. SECTION 13. The property of no person shall be taken for public use without just compensation therefor. http://banthebanwisconsin.wordpress.com/2008/... It is a simple fact that you can avoid second hand smoke by refusing to give your business to a smoking establishment. That is not good enough for you. You feel that you have the right to declare a private business public space and strip the property owner of the right to use a legal product on their own property. You have no legal justification to take this action. The science behind the ban just does not stand up to scrutiny either scientifically or under the law. Where are all those winning lawsuits for second hand smoke exposure? The fact is that it is all a bunch of Bull$hit that just can't stand up to scrutiny. A selfish few who think that they have the right to dictate to everyone else. If the demand for non-smoking establishments was so high they all would have gone so on their own. The fact is that it is a noisy few who think that because there are more non-smokers that all those non-smokers agree with them and therefore have the right to strip the owners of their right to cater to clientele of their choosing. Again it is pure selfishness on your part because you cannot show any legal or scientific justification. Just your childish stomping your feet I don't like it make them stop. They would not listen to you so you had to run and get your nanny.

Seeing smoke for an anti is quite troublesome. I saw an anti almost jump out of her shoes when people were using an E cigarette...indoors. Pretty damn funny, I have to say.

These smoking bans will probably go down in history as one of the greatest marketing scams ever by using tax exempt political action committees calling themselves "charities". They want to "hurry up and pass the bans" before people find out who is paying the lobbyists pushing for them by using our tax money. Here's the beginning of the ban movement in the USA. www.rwjf.org/pr/product.jsp... Here are the instructions from Johnson and Johnsons'(makers of cessation products) RWJ Foundation for their tax exempt political action committees. They are getting enough money from the RWJ Foundation, plus using MY tax money. They aren't getting any more money from me. www.no-smoke.org/pdf/CIA_Fundamentals.pdf

I wonder if you will even answer this question honestly.

Yes that is one cause, another is irritations caused from the abrasive nature of second hand as well as first hand smoke on the vocal cords as it irritates the surface of that area! More denial to come from you I suppose!

Well dingbat if you read my posts then you will know my position on this. My argument has never been based on health but rather the nuisance created by the contamination of others air space. What I do find interesting that you think health is an empty argument. Proof that smokers could care less about anyone but themselves. Health...HA smokers don't care so long as they can continue to indulge in their addiction! Hypocrite!
