Libel is libel. It is not protected because the subject is a public figure. And this guy should have had the sense to remember the case of Carol Burnett and the National Enquirer, aniother incident of libel in which an accusation involved alcohol.

The First Amendment was not designed to allow one to maliciously defame and lie about a person. Maybe a group of people per se, but not a particular individual. There is such a thing as LIBEL.

I could get married in Washington now, gay marriage is being legalized. But, not interested because I'm not gay ... not straight either really, funny thing about being asexual.

But your obsession with this failed assertion of yours leads to one really important question: Why do you even care?

If you were correct, what difference would it make in your life? Do you really hate women so much that you want everyone to be a man? Do you hate yourself so much you resent everyone who is unique? Do you oppose equality so much you want to feel superior but can't so you try to tear others down?

You stated you "cannot prove" your assertion, yet you still believe it to be fact, that is the same delusion as the god delusion, you do realize that, correct?
