Moncie wrote: <quoted text> Sorry, but I'm not wrong. There are laws that vary from state to state that allow a person to terminate their parental rights. Adoption is not the only way. Do some research. I'm well aware that their are laws that allow people to relinquish their rights. But relinquishing ones RESPONSIBILITIES is something TOTALLY different. Outside of adoption, it's rarely allowed and is always tied to extenuating circumstances. The intricacies may vary from state to state but the gist of it is the same. Both the mother and the father have to agree to the terms, and it's rare you will find a mother willing to relieve her child's father of any financial responsibilities of raising their child. Imagine how many dead beat dad's would be signing away their rights if they could get out of child support. You should try following your own advice. You might actually (gasp!) learn something. :)

And I sued 8 district court judges in western NC federal court, charollote Division, SEPTEMBER 11th 1997 and kicked their arses. It was only by means of police brutality, the suit did not find resolution and set a prescendence for Men from Virginia to Florida. But, oh thats right! Men are only sperm donors and meal tickets in America.

There is no way in hades they could have defended themselves under my lawsuit.
All I needed was 1, just 1 woman in the jury.

What was going on at that time in America?
There was a President under investigation for allowing Monica to be more then a Ho Monica. A poor representative of Manhood, no?
Meanwhile, I was in the trenches for men.

The man who conceived the child with the woman has no say in the process. The woman however does, full say. If the woman chooses to have an abortion, the Man has no say in it. ANd because of that, he should not be held to child support payments if the woman chooses to not have an abortion, simply because he has no choice and no say. Totally unfair use of choice, no? It may not seem fair to you but the fact remains that it is only the woman who is pregnant and therefore she has final say in the matter. If a man is concerned that the women he has sex with may abort a pregnancy, he should be proactive and use a condom. Unfortunately, most men are more concerned with getting laid than what may happen after sex. Shouldn't he be responsible for protecting himself from a possible emotional upheaval if he is anti-abortion? Even better, he should know a woman's view on abortion before he has sex with her. He can't control her actions but he can certainly control his own.

The machinations of the family court jurice prudence process. It sets , by means of its lucrative endeavors, ones ability to respond . Setting, and doing is another matter all togeather. There are men in Texas pulling guns on judges. This wont go down lightly, I see. This emasculation of Men.

Lets look at the whole of the permisquity culture, intentionally created in order to level a society. It is true, that this has been done. Pro active in what? Certainly men should be pro active in todays world lol. Where do you begin their education? They being limb oriented, and restless often. Do you allow big Pharma to neuter them first with Ridylin? Or , perhaps in the messages of Rap sheet music, allow them to find what is left of themselves by images of 'yo mama, sup ho.......?

Moncie wrote: <quoted text> Sorry, but this is ridiculous. Humans are SUPPOSED TO have sex. Because she can't afford or doesn't want a baby is no reason not to. Of course, I would expect that anyone who doesn't want a baby would use some form of contraceptive to try to prevent it. But in the event that it fails, I'd rather us pay for her abortion (IF that's what she wants), than pay for another kid to be on welfare. You do the math. Well Moncie when it time for you get on medicare and you need treatment maybe we should just stick a knitting needle behind your skull and we wont have to pay for it!

As an american, it's already been decided that killing babies is okay. Abortion is nice and legal and I hope it never changes. So frankly nothing else matters. Women wanna kill unborn bald retards it's fine with me.
