Falls very rarely cause serious injury, it is the sudden stop that does all the damage. It is really good to see the obivous stated so clearly. I'll bet tax dollars paid for this.

If you grow your pot near the Hinckley plant in San Bernardino the contaminated ground water would leave chromium 6 in your pot. Cancer causeing? Even on Reese street in Burbank California. Disney droped it from the cooloing towers that chromium 6. Six compounds in pot is all you need. Use a vaporizer to avoid these danger compounds. Plus you do not smell like pot. Did these researchers try testing that? No, I do not think so. Back to the lab on this story. I think the lighter to ignite the grass causes more damage.

Damn government has to selectively use the studies that gives its foregone conclusion. This has been true of marijuana studies for decades. Furthermore, the use of vaporizers instead of smoking has been recommended for years.

Everything nowadays causes cancer thanks to our scientist and doctors. According to them they should put warning labels all over southern california cause of the air. Breathing california air may and probably will cause cancer. They want us to get smog checks here but i see some city buses and 18 wheelers who put out more smoke than some vehicles in texas. Do they get fined??? I have no complaint about people who are in great pain and taking medicinal marijuana. I have diabetes for40 years and when i use to smoke pot when i was younger...little did i know that it would help me with my eye sight. As a matter of fact I do believe that they make eye drops containing some portion of the cannabis plant that helps with the eyes. So yes I believe if something is going to help you then forget all the EGGHEAD's who say that it may cause cancer. By the way have you ever read the side effects on some perscription bottles...A lot more problems associated with some medicines than smoking pot.

The only reason people smoke pot rather than ingest it in a more healthy way is due to the high price!
In some cases it is more expensive per gram than gold. If it were legalized there are plenty of healthy ways that it could be ingested.

I can't figure out why the federal government subsidizes tobacco growers and imprisons pot growers! Pot has been used for health reasons for thousands of years. There is a recipe in the bible for anointing oil that uses pot as the primary ingredient!:

This story does not speak of the real cancer. The cancer of young people in large numbers who have obtained this med. marijuana card illegally. It is so easy to get one it's stupid. I'm really glad I could post a response to something so critical, and am also equally refreshed to find I am unable to post a comment on the story, which is obviously not nearly as important as this, the oine about how sheriffs are molesting women at night and covering each others asses. I have a great deal of respect for law enforcement on the whole, however these sheriff's need to be placed into the general population at Chino, or some other high risk prison for a long time, maybe they will have a different opinion about the situation after that.
