Oh God only if my friend could love me back...we have the most intense relationship physically / intellectually but spiritually he seems a bit absent from realizing he can have any feelings for me...maybe im just his FF or too available and convenient for him to have lasted over a year...but he's 28 and if i say that i love him the only response is "i'm not gay" *crushed*.

A culture does nto have to be old or particularily refined. IT is basically a way of behaviour based on a set of beliefs. it helps to define how a particular group should act. SO, the bathouses are part of the "gay" culture.

No - that would be only some gay men - and no gay women at all. Going to any kind of club is not part of a belief system and is not part of the rules of being gay. Where do you get this rubbish from?

since the genetic make up of men (XY) includes the female defining X gene it is only logical that most if not all men are also attracted to other men just like most females are (who under the majority of cases are solely XX). I don't understand why so many people feel so threathnened or frightened by what other men or women do? If you don't want to do it, don't! I'd like to see the outburst and opposing that gay people get shown towards unequal relationships of abusive, young vs. old etc.

for gia or anyone who feels they are above all and think they have the right to judge anyone. i know very clear who i am and not confused about anything with my identity or my life . you only live once and until your 6ft under you'll know if there is another . do you pay my bills do you work for me do you provide for me or those i provide for ? i think not so i am the only one that judges me.if you live an honest life and hurt no one and repect those around you then one has every right to live and enjoy the way they choose to cause no matter what anyone says at the end of the day i go home to me i take care of me and i hope that others stay true themselves cause i do and i dont have to explain my self to anyone .i only responded to let others know to live your life cause its you who have to answer to yourself. and for the rest of you save your judgement and your rightess bullshit for your self

Therapy is not a negative approach, and if you want to have a "side" sexual thing with men that is YOUR choice. mr x wrote: you only live once and until your 6ft under you'll know if there is another . do you pay my bills do you work for me do you provide for me or those i provide for ? Does your wife/gf know about your side adventures? if not then I have no respect for you, that makes a liar nothing more. mr x wrote: i think not so i am the only one that judges me.if you live an honest life and hurt no one and repect those around you then one has every right to live and enjoy the way they choose to cause no matter what anyone says at the end of the day i go home to me i take care of me and i hope that others stay true themselves cause i do and i dont have to explain my self to anyone . I agree, now the question is DOES your GF/Wife know ? mr x wrote: i only responded to let others know to live your life cause its you who have to answer to yourself. and for the rest of you save your judgement and your rightess bullshit for your self Yea living life to the fullest is what life is about. We agree. Without HURTING others.

It must erk you that I see you for what you really are. Toodles.

It's amazing how easy it is to point at one group at go "Ah-HA!- see, gay men go to bathhouses and have sex with each other" and yet seem to overlook the THOUSANDS of heterosexual SWINGERS CLUBS and ORGANIZATIONS throughout the WORLD! Go to google and type in Swing club and your state. Then type in Gay Bathhouse and type in your state! HUGE difference in numbers. Here in Tampa there are 2 bath houses and 6 swing clubs. They do the same thing in both. Strangers meet for consensual sex. SO, don't pick the spec out of my eye when you have a tree in your own!
