Did she now? The girlfriend wasnt there, so she couldnt >POSSIBLY< know who confronted whom, or who intiated what, much less speak to it. If my memory serves, the girlfriend said that Trayvon told her the man (Z) was still following and getting close. That sounds like Z confronting T does it not?
<quoted text>
Yes, she did. I believe her script said she heard St. Tray say to someone, "Why you be following me?", then she heard someone say, "What are you doing around here?". Yep, that is pretty much what she said, so according to that, St. Tray initiated.
menards wrote:

Is that what it indicates? Again, what is the motive for T to attack Z completely 100% unprovoked? There is none. George's wishy washy accounts only suggest that Z gave T good reason to go on the defensive.
<quoted text>
Thugs generally don't need any motive to attack, that's why so many are attacked by these thugs. But I suppose the best person to ask would be the bus driver he "swung on" unprovoked, or are you going to tell me his was justified then too because the bus driver looked at him?

Your conclusions are speculative based on the facts you presented. The question is (and always has been) Do you believe George? George has done nothing >BUT< show he is an unbelievable person since the shooting.
No, I dont. Because the State is 100% right. George is one of those individuals that strapped on a gun >LOOKING< for a situation to shoot and kill someone. Trouble didnt find him, he went out to find trouble. Self defense doesnt apply to those people.
No more speculative than yours. But yes, I do believe GZ. I would find it hard to believe him if his account of the incident had been told exactly the same during each interview. What you and so many fail to realize is that these inconsistencies you rant about are normal behavior for someone who has been through a traumatic experience. In the moment one may remember or forget certain details that they then remember at a later date. This is completely normal. If GZ had told the exact same story consistantly, I would have then had my doubts about his story.

So your going to pick and choose which comments you wish to use and ram it into your "version" of events like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.......... The fact remains Zimmerman left the relative saftey of his vehichle and pursued martin. Your never going to sell that Martin was the one who confronted zimmerman after zimmerman chased after him.

Two points here. 1) there is always a motive for an attack. Even thugs have motives. 2) Where is your proof Trayvon "swung" on a bus driver? Where is this bus driver? That story was proven to be untrue months ago yet you still are quoting it. Why?

Then don't you EVER mention that he reacted because Z was "creepily following him". You have said that was justification before, now you say there was "none".
So once again you are caught flip flopping...you can't keep your story straight.
Do you even know what "unprovoked" means?!?!? YOU F'N REEEETARD!

Sorry pal, but more people think Zimmerman is at least guilty of manslaughter than believe he is completely innocent and acted within his rights that night. It will be funny to see you zimmerheads scatter like cockroaches when your proven to be wrong.

To bad the law does not recognize following as confronting. I can follow you all I want and can even say a few things about your mother you don't like but that does not give you the right to attack me under the law. I never said "ALL" but I know personally a lot of them do. Sorry pal but you have not been keeping up with reality and the latest polls. Since the media has back peddled and the lies exposed George is now considered innocent until PROVEN guilty. I carry, many of my neighbors carry, but I don't see blood on our streets. Opps We also don't tolerate thugs around here either. I guess the thugs around here got the message and moved on to safer places to ply their trade. Trayvonites like you are already scattering back into your holes. NBC, Sharpton, Jackson, Lee, have all consulted lawyers on what would be a fair amount to offer George not to sue. Sounds like they already see the writing on the wall.

That ones a dandy but Tray is the real head case on this thread.

In today's news the interim chief has removed the departments public information officer citing him as the source for the problems with media early on as well as being less than truthful with the Martin family. Essentially the department was stonewalling.

Apparently a memo was leaked, doesn't matter it should have been released under the sunshine law anyway. The interim chief should have known better than to make a memo and then expect it to remain private.

Dr Phil will host the Osterman guy on his season opener this coming Monday, The show is pushing Zimmerman as the most hated man in America.

Osterman a career LEO currently serving as a Federal Air Marshall claims to be Zimmerman's best and only true friend. It was Osterman who housed George when he was first out on bond, he also claims to have taught George how to shoot. It's been reported that Osterman is about midway through a book which details the case.

It's also been reported that George is not pleased about Osterman's book or his upcoming TV appearance.

You dead wrong about that.

I was far more in Zimmerman's corner till he started running his mouth on TV.

After that I said we will have to wait and see how it shakes out in the trial.

You have never considered Martin's actions to be unlawful and there does seem to be a case for it.

You paint Martin like a babe in a mother's arms and that could not be more unrealistic .

Neither you or I know Martin but besides a gun shot wound what other injuries did he have ?

It does appear that Zimmerman did have injuries and Martin was the cause of them.

The fact that you are unhappy with Florida law and the police handling of the case in no way can cause one to find Zimmerman guilty of anything.

You want justice, yet you have already decided the case.

If you found yourself under investigation would you want people to show you the same prejudice and malice you have for Zimmerman ?
