Ok, what type of professional writer writes a column like this. You are a nobody compared to Tiger Woods. God forbid someone has a bad season or bad round of golf that people like you have to bash along with the rest of the drunken losers did out there. Someday something will happen to you and hopefully you will be laughed and heckled at for your loss or weakness. Newsday should slam you for such a porr article.

TIGER vs. ROGER - Who is TRUTHFULLY the most dominant athlete in his sport without all the PATRIOTIC TIGER CHEERLEADING! Tiger won his first major in 1997 at the Masters at the age of 21. Ever since then 49 majors have been played (2009 U.S. Open will be 50) and he has won 14 of them. Thats 14/49 majors a wining percentage of 28.5% ROGER FEDERER - Won his first major in 2003 at Wimbledon which was the 3rd major of that year. Ever since then there have been 24 ATP majors and Roger has won 14 of them. Thats 14/24 majors a wining percentage of 58.3%. Now consider that Roger won his first major 6 years or 25 majors after Tiger did and has the same amount and soon will probaly pass Tiger in majors. Finally, it took both Tiger Woods and Pete Sampras 12 years to win 14 majors where it took Roger only 6 years to tie a record 14 with a Career Grand Slam. Now just imagine if Tiger won his 18th major and tied Jack Nicklaus record 18th major in 1/2 the time it took Jack Nicklaus to win his 18th? ROGER FEDERER - The all time Grand Slam majors leader in his sport with the Career Grand Slam at the age of 27.(NO! TIGER OR HIS CHEERLEADERS CAN'T SAY THAT).

This can't be true! We don't have a ROUTINE or POM-POMS for Tiger! Furthermore, Roger doesn't have a unique name that everyone recognises like Tiger. Roger doesn't have a golf last name like Woods. Roger is not American. Roger doesn't stand out like a Black Sheep in a heard of White ones. Finally, They don't have Roger Federer POM-POMS!

I guess I am a little confused about the point of this article...let's look at the actual numbers. Tiger finished even for the tournament, was the only golfer to have three sub-par rounds and as he pointed out several times he wasn't making his putts. Woods said he was hitting the ball well....but time and again referenced his struggles with putting. Had he made one fewer putt in each of the four rounds...he would have been in a playoff.

I think the point is that it's getting old hearing how Tiger should have won. No credit goes to the golfer or golfers who finish ahead of him. No one except him wins a tournament, he gives the tournament away. When you consider that Bethpage is very long, it was very wet and Tiger is not driving the ball as far as he used to, it was a great effort that he finished as high as he did. I didn't pick him as a fantasy golfer because of this.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Leo

If you look closely, you'll see a black cloud hovering over a loved one's head. They'll find the smallest excuse for losing their temper or throwing a tantrum, so tiptoe around them or try to jolly them out of their filthy mood. If the situation continues you may decide that it would be better to get the inevitable argument out of the way than to pussyfoot around them any longer.
