This is not true. He does not and can not touch the green without being assessed a 2 stroke penalty each time |

That is not a penalty. If he were to roughen or scrape the ground it would.

What????????? He would get 36 penalty strokes per round if that was true. He has been doing this his whole career, both amatuer and pro. Now, a golfer might not be able to touch the green(with his hand) AND putt at the same time but the golfer can touch the green with his fingers/hand any other time. |
