The 2010 Masters golf tournament: Tiger Woods' outburst blisters Jim Nantz's sensitive ears

Full story: Examiner.com

April 13 -- Okay, Boston golfers, time for a quiz: Johnny MIller or Jim Nantz? As in, would you rather listen to Miller's constantly condescending critiques of every golfer who ever wielded a Callaway or TaylorMade, or the cloyingly cliched platitudes of the Masters' -- er -- CBS Sports' Nantz? A tough choice, to be sure.

Nantz has nothing to say about any one else after his wife found him in bed with a 20 year old. What a dip-s###

I noticed that at the beginning of the Masters coverage, Jim Nantz had already shown his bias toward Tiger Woods. All you have to do is look and listen to previous coverages by CBS and Nantz and you will immediately notice that Nantz referred To Tiger Woods as "Tiger". This year at the Masters he called him, "Woods". Referred to him only by his last name, however, he referred to Phil Michelson a"Phil".

As a sports announcer your bias should be hidden and not blatantly obvious. If Nantz likes Michelson that's fine but he should not have shown his lack of respect for Tiger Woods in the fashion that he did.

By the way, Tiger Woods did not promise that he would not swear anymore he said he would try. That's all one can ask for or expect. It appears to me that the only time I hear Michelson on a mic is when he and his caddy are discussing the next shot. I am amazed how clear you can hear their banter. If Michelson had been losing and not playing well at the Masters would his demeanor been different? Sure it would, it's human nature.

I have lost a huge amount of respect for Nantz after his comments about his disappointment with Tiger Woods.

This is one of the cheapest articles I have ever read. The auther shows an ugliness unbecoming someone who blatantly tries to fake being a professional, a term clearly and dishonestly appropriated to herself. Her personal cuts (Nantz hair) tells us all what we need to know. Sleaze very poorly portrayed as journalism. I suspect her next article will be about about special beings from Pluto who are bred and raised to dominate the golf world of the future or some such fantasy or delusion and it will appear in the National Golf Enquirer!

Well it seems that Tiger broke his word... another very significant accomplishment. Now he is qualified to run for president!!!
