Well, in 2009 not that much. Wie won one tournament and Choi on 2 but played in 7 more than Wie. Choi averaged around 7 thousand more per tournament Too lazy to check tournaments that they both played in. But!!, back to my point about going it alone. In 2009, when Choi dumped her parents she was 7th in scoring. In 2010 she was 1st--in 2011 she was 2nd and so far this year she is also 2nd. So, it definitely improved her game. Wie is definitely old enough to dump her parents but, even though she was born/grew up in the States the family ties are very strong. Now, we do not know if Wie's parents are on her case, behind closed doors, like Choi said her parents were.
Anyway, it sure wouldn't hurt for Wie to step up to the plate and take control of her life rather that depending/listening to her parents. I would assume the parents are in her life daily since they are at most, if not all tournaments.
Anyway, just thoughts on how she might be a top player rather than a journeywoman player. We have enough U S players that appear to be content with how they play the game.

So somebody help me out,,, what heck is wrong with Wie,,, I have heard all the reasons,,,,trying to hard,,,,, bad hair cut,,,, the weather,, etc, come on come on,,
what is going on,,, I saw this kid when she was just starting,, she had it all,,

So somebody had to work real hard to really screw with this kid's game or her head. Because she literally had it all. The only thing that she needed was experience,,, and that would bring consistency. But something happen on the way to the forum,,,,, somebody spiked the punch,,,,,, this kid has no brain in the game,, she is like a ball bearing rattling around a metal barrel.

I would love to see her find that consistency she desperately needs, but the sand is running out,,,, I know she is still very young but if there is something in her minds eye that says,,, "steady,,, steady,,, OH, Shit,,you can't make that shot,,,,",,, She's done,,,,,,,

I hate it when my sports hero's retire,,especially when they just got started,,,,,,

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Pisces

You're full of commonsense and thinking along very sensible lines today. There are no flies on you right now, and you're prepared to face unpleasant facts when necessary. It's a marvellous day for having a serious chat with a neighbor, close relative, child or friend, especially if you've got something important to say and have been waiting for the right moment.
