Tiger won't play because The Pebble Beach Tourament conflicts with Northern Trust.??????? Are you kidding me.?? Puuuhhhhleeeez. How lame a reason is that. The reason is he just doesn't want to play the course. Tight layouts are not Tiger's forte these days and he hates California poana. He's only playing Pebble because the US Open is going there next year. Nice political whitewash statement on behalf of Tiger, Jerry, but it just aint so!!! Tiger will play Riviera someday only if he gets sentimental.

My all time starting five: Magic Johnson-Michael Jordan-Larry Bird-Kareem Abdul-Jabbar & Karl Malone. But Zeke from Cabin Creek is pushing hard to make this starting lineup! I am so tempted to drop Malone and go with a 3-guard offense! What a player Jerry West was!!

let me say that there were two things in your headline which caught my attention and attracted me to read your report. these are 1) "mr clutch" and 2) rotary club." for the ff reasons: been an avid fan of jerry west and am a rotarian forever (altho since moving to corona and then glendale, i've been inactive as a member.
reading your article really warmth my heart (it's as if as i was right there in the midst of all the goings-on usual in a rotary club membership meeting, reminiscing those happy times when i was most most active, particulalry in the early 90s.
now i feel like i wanted to rekindle the rotary spirit but don't know where/how to start.
