pschipsdeals worked for me. didn't sell much because rates are low ($7), but that seems to be the situation everywhere. i'll be coming back here. the operator was very polite and professional.
it took me 3-5 minutes to get my money, but it looks like it's totally up to pokerstars since they have a manual approval process.
regarding selling chips online in general, i have no idea what happens if ps denies the transaction. i hope there's a way to get chips back!
