Th neillsville community and marshfield, WI should have a community building, also to help people who feel they need to quote (Talk to someone about stalkers or threatening type circumstances!) where it's something police don't want to get involved and where going to pay for high prices for a trained doctor or investigator would be hard to pay for now-a-days! Maybe they can be a between person that can alert cops that the person is not lying or being untruthful and maybe it indeed needs to be investigated by authority!I know for a fact that there are people out there that need this type of help or confidence to be able to report activity of stalking or circumstances that deem threatening Acton's!You know maybe from neighbors or unknown stalkers! It would make a better comunity and one maybe cops could deal alittle better with when someone else can here the story from another perspective!
