My two new Dell machines totaling about 8 grand were bought with XP just in time to avoid Vista, and all the usual Microsoft bugs, delays, hang-ups, then calls to 'support' menus where hours and days of ones productive life vanish into the 'Black-Hole' of trying to repair the New & Better OS from the kings of semi-perfected software releases at Microsoft.

My next PC's will be named 'APPLE'! After half a dozen PC's loaded with Win 95, 98, ME, and now XP, I've about 'HAD -IT" with microsoft. Time for a change, and as this article explains, I'm not alone in saying that VISTA, isn't it !

Having owned every conceivable computer and OS out there, my recent purchase of PowerSpec computers have been the most pleasant. Downgrade rights to XP and no extra hours deleting marketing bloat after initial startup - not to mention top drawer hardware components.
