I have been to this store 3x and each time my experience has not been a good one. The customer service is really lacking. The service has been very slow and the staff seems somewhat disinterested. The last time I was there was when I waited for 4hours for the Iphone.We were all told there were would be plenty of phones at that location, before hand.After arriving at 7:15am for and 8am opening, rumor had it in line that they didn't have phones there. When we inquired about that no one would give the amount of phones they had as the line wrapped around the building.At the end of 4 hours, we were then told that they only had received 70 phones and that we could come inside to sign up and prepay for a phone we would get in 7 to 10 days. Once I got inside, it was another 45minute wait to sign up. As I was waiting, the sales person kept trying to get the attention of the store manager, Michele. She was calmly visiting with one of her sales staff on the floor. My sales man needed her help to get my transaction through. A second sales person had to take me to his computer and he too tried to ger her help. We just waited and she never did walk over. After getting home 5 hours later, I had an email that said my phone was ordered and is now back ordered. Just made my day! The staff took no steps to speed the process along and only took 6 people at a time in for the 20 minute phone connection. It was a nightmare. I would never recommend using that location. Go to the Apple store if you need to get this taken care of. There were alot of people who didn't even go for the i phone and they literally locked them out of the store. What an unpleasent experience it was. I think they lost alot of repeat business that day....
