ipod wont turn on

my ipod will not turn on! the battery went dead, so i plugged it up to my computer to charge it, and NOTHING is coming up! please help :)

You should replace your battery because your battery is dead and won`t start and won`t charge to fully power.

for ipod nano you need to replace the battery and electrical soldering.

Ipod won't turn off!

My iPod won't turn on, and won't charge... I was using it the other day and it all of the sudden just turned off so i figured that the battery might just be dead, so i plugged it in to my computer and NOTHING is happenning =[!! someone help!!

Im having the same problem it wont turn on and plug it into my computer ad nothing. It was working perfect last night and the battery was still half-life left when I shut it off. I only bought it if 3 months ago and maybe used it a max 10 times. I'm not impressed I spent $400 CDN on this to not work after three months. My old mp3 player I had for 2 years and never had one problem.

this is wat hapnd 2 me and my mate, i Have an ipod video and he a nano, I didn't wnt 2 tri to fix it myself incase well it got it buggered. But anyway i found this website:

nd they do ipod video upgrades so I got my battery replaced and now it lasts longer and I got it back within 5 days so it was pretty fast.
and well my friend had to contact those guys at simplebuying and they got beack to him within 1 day because they specialise in ipod videos (the just mainly repair/fix ipod videos so you hve 2 contact dem)
so pretty much wat im tryin 2 say is use www.simplebuying.co.uk they're really cheap and I bougth a tv off of them.

My video IPod 30g was working fine 2 nights ago - I believe the battery may have died in the car - but when I tried 2 charge it - NOTHING - still after 8 hours of charging....NOTHING. Same as the above comments. I hope itz the battery

hey guys my ipod video 30g wouldnt turn on all you simply got to do is hold the middle button and the menu button for approx. 30 sec to 1 min or when the screen turns on any electical good that reguires a charge to battery always has a master reset to reboot the system its normal so all you kids out there just learn how to perform a master reset on those products and you will be fine out!!
