New iPhone hits stores

The newest version of Apple's I-Phone hit store shelves Friday. Terre Haute shoppers headed out early to snatch one up.

I did not care for the new iphone, mainly because Terre Haute does not offer 3G right now. So why waste an extra $200 for the same thing your current iphone will do! I also find the staff at the AT&T store by Panera Bread to be extremely rude and not very knowledgeable about the product they are selling. Maybe if they spent more time working instead of standing around talking they could learn more about how to help a customer.

Oh who cares, I get so sick of people who think they are so self important they have to thier blue tooth glued to thier ear 24/7. Yes I have cell phone but I carry it in case of a breakdown or emergency. I do not use it while I am drivng. I wait unti I am out of the car. That is what voice mail is for. Besides when I am out sometimes I don't want to be found LOL. I dont know how many times I have been d*** near hit because someone was to busy talking to pay attention to the road even with hands free.

If you think the Terre Haute ATT is Rude you should go to the Crawfordsville ATT. I didnt want everything they were selling just the phone. They told me to buy it at Walmart! I will not go back again they acted like they were doing me a big favor to wait on me. ATT SUCKS!

I think it's because they can't/don't want to support it. It's easy for them to fire up a new LG or Samsung. They probably are poorly trained to handle the iPhone, so they get rid of those customers.

Terre Haute ATT people know nothing about the products. Bunch of lousy idiots. They dont make an effort to help the customer. last place where I would go.

No what i love is the old bitty standing infront of you like she is better than you and you should not address her. and god help you is you have to get past the old wench to get something she will get you a ear full cause you wanted her to step a few steps forward.

I could never understand and I am not being mean here. But when they bring out a new phone, game,player, toy . I spent $ on a new phone a few months ago and ended up returning it after having returned and gotten another of the same 3 times. I ended up having them reactivate my old phone because the new one, no not an iphone, was a piece of junk. But that was verizon.

I have to laugh at my brother in law because every time they come out with something he has to have it. So all the games he has are worthless for the new one.He jsut got new one last xmas and Xbox and now all the games he spent ot much money on.. You have people lined up to get the newest toy.

I know what u mean understanding. What I really hate is those that stand in the middle of the isle talking or the have their cart on one side and are on the other side trying to decide which brand of tomato sauce to buy completly blocking the aisle. The cashier is to busy having a personal converstation or answers the phone and is helping another customer on the phone ignoring me. They are in the comfort of their own home, I am the one thats standing there. I get to the point anymore I just walkout. One time though I reached over and hung up the phone. Well im off subject again lol

Heck that is nothing, I went in to ATT by Walmart and this dumba blonde that works there didn't know about how to work what she was selling! It took her forever to figure out how to work my blackberry. Don't they train their employee's? Not only that she is very rude and acts like she knows everything. I asked her a billing question and she tells me to call ATT. Isn't that what she is there for? Waste of time, rude, ignorant employees. I will never go back in that store because of her.
