I can certainly understand why Naperville has suspended this program. I live in the Southwest Suburbs and the Redlight Camera System program is failing miserably. I received 3 Redlight Violations w/i a 4 week period. More violations w/i that period than in the history of my driving experience. Violations for turning on red after stopping. The program needs to be suspended citywide until it can be made useful. I don't see how they could have the system in place and continue to support the 'Right Turn on Red' law. The camera takes a picture everytime someone turns right on red. I am in the process of aligning myself with the proper people who can spotlight this issue until the City is forced to suspend the program.
