This program is compatible with vista and is exactly the same as my converter.

As for me,i use Macvide VideoFlash Converter.it's tool for convert avi(mov,wmv,mpg) to flv.It's the best programm which I have had to deal with.But it's especially for Mac.

Oh sorry,i mean for convert Flv to iPhone/iPod,i prefer use Macvide FlashVideo Converter.It's really good programm.But it's especially for Mac.
