ya there was a class action lawsuit on those laptops

many different brands of laptops had problems with
batteries ,dc jacks , burned out micros
the processors and fans need to be cleaned out
call the 888 best buy number or go to their customer service website
why complain here ?
thats the problem with large electronic retailers
they think everyone is stupid but them
