Magnitude 4.1 quake jolts Fresno County
A small earthquake shook Fresno County on Wednesday evening, but there were no reports of damage or injuries, authorities said.

Fresno is no longer in compliance nor could it possibly meet Earthquake Safety Regulations as a result of the illegal/unauthorized alterations to the power, sewer and water infrastructure. Homes shoddily rebuilt and setting on top of miles of illegally clampled lines, some switched with old corroded lines, is only a clue of what Fresno's so-called "infrastructure upgrade" entails. Run by a former apraiser for the City of Fresno - reporting this (felonies) resulted in having a Restraining Order issued against me.
