To all the people who care about Gods beautiful creatures and Horses are one of them!! If sounds like the horse and rider where Not On highway, and how can a Mini-Van Hit them unless they accidently got alittle to close, Most People who ride Horses Know too stay over on dirt,, and Thank God we have people that enjoy riding Our Horses>maybe if we all spent alittle more time enjoying the Great outdoors and riding Horses we would have Less traffic and Less Bad air that we breath,"But I sure HOPE Driver, Rider and Horse are all fine!
