I have better things to do than to Sign Biast Petitions which will have absolutely no impact! I would also like to say that if Spain had an F1 team with a spanish and British Driver....would there be any bias or favouritism towards the Spanish Driver?? I think it is possible. Now hurry up you Spaniards - set up an F1 team and challenge Mclaren on the race track!! |

Ok, here is the petition translated:
To FIA: Upon view of the happenings of the 2007 F1 championship, and as devoted fans of this sport, we find ourselves in the position to publicly denounce the irregularities that have been taking place along said championship, and that show clear indications of favourable treatment to the driver L. Hamilton, as well as grave harm for driver F. Alonso, both by the team McLaren as well as by the FIA. The proven facts and presumed irregularities read as follows: G.P. Australia (03-18-07) The pit stop strategy is favourable to LH in detriment of FA G.P. Barhein (15-04-07) Oddly FA's vehicle suffers nocturnal damages, whereby as the team justifies, his vehicle cannot keep pace with his teammate's, whose own vehicle performs perfectly. L. Hamilton alters his trayectory several times at start up, which is totally forbidden, while not being sanctioned by it. |

(cont.)
G.P. Mónaco (05-27-07) A few laps from the end of the race, the team orders the pilots to drive below 19,000 rpm., LH, disobeying his team, does not and tries to overtake his teammate, when he doesnt succeed he complains to FIA and the english press at the end of the race, provoking an investigation, and great mediatic pressure on FA. The team takes no measures against LH, nor defends FA. Besides, during the race, Hamilton stands on the continuous start line, which is forbidden, receiving no sanction for it by FIA. G.P. Canada (06-10-07) Odd behaviour of FA's vehicle. Once again car #1 is not in the same mechanical condition as that of his teammate LH. G.P. U.S.A.(6-17-07) Once again the pit stop strategies blatantly favour LH in detriment of FA. G.P. France(07-01-07) Strangely, awaiting rain conditions, FA has problems with his gearbox in Q3, being pushed back to position 10 at the starting grid, while his teammate LH suffers no problems. During the race De La Rosa comments that that set of replacement parts was clearly marked and had been withdrawn. |

(cont.)
G.P. Germany (07-22-07) Baffling behaviour of the race directors upon LH's exit from the track. A rescue crane places LH back on the course after his egress, despite the serious risk to the other drivers. Suspiciously the crane did not put the drivers back in the order they had left the track, but LH first. The rulebook clearly establishes that they must shut off the engines and exit their vehicles, as the other drivers did. G.P. Hungary (08-05-07) FA is entitled to an extra lap in Q3. He is impeded this by LH, who disregards team orders, entering by his own decision to change tires behind FA, who is incredibly placed with hard used tires. Immediately afterwards they place soft new tires on LH. FA achieves pole despite the tires, which provokes disgust in R. Dennis, and a new complaint by LH to FIA. Consequently, FA is placed 5 places back on the starting grid, under the application of a sanction non-ecistent in the rulebook, and McLaren loses the points in the constructors race for this race. Inexplicably the team takes no measures against LH. G.P. Italy (09-09-07) LH places his car slanted on the grid, and conducts several changes in trayectory, never once being admonished for it. |

G.P. Belgium (09-16-07) Presumed sabotage attempt on FA's car., his manager makes it known that on the free trials day FA himself discovers that something is not right with his propeller, forcing the mechanics to look into it and discovering that a motor-oil cap was missing. It is known that had he driven for only one lap in these conditions he would have wrecked the motor, being displaced 10 positions on the grid. G.P. Japan (07-30-07) Incredibly FA again has problems in Q3 with his tires, as he himself declares after completion of qualifying. LH once again has an extra lap with new tires and less fuel, in which he attains pole position. During the race both drivers suffer crashes, and only the driver that crashes with LH is sanctioned, despite FA being the one that suffers serious damage to his vehicle. The team does not inform FA of the damages to his car, and he suffers an accident under the passivity of his team. During the safety car following the accident, LH once again flaunts the rules, provoking an accident of fellow drivers Webber & Vettel, not being sanctioned neither during the race, nor after further investigation with new and contundent evidence against him. (to be completed tomorrow) |

AH..THANKS PHIL FOR THE EFFORT.

Rocky what you need to understand is that Hamilton is not a better driver than Alonso and he has never beaten Alonso in a 100% fare fight. All this results to tampering tyre pressures used tyres instead of new ones. Don't think 4 one minute i favor Alonso because i don't. If any one could win WC my fav is the best KIMI RAIKKONEN. Hamilton is helped by Bernie & Mclaren out of GREED. People say Alonso chucks his helmet and smashes doors - I think I would do the same if macca put the wrong pressure in my tyres an also sometimes gave me used ones. As for the spying Alonso should have lost all points n so should Lewis, Bernie wants his boy 2 win hence why both drivers still have points. THE ABOVE IS 100% FACT |

Get a grip you lot!! Do you really think Alonso is going to be driving for Mclaren next year after what he said on Saturday?!! Even after Lewis was sporting enough to “accidentally” put it in the gravel, thus giving Alonso a bit of a chance still for the title, you lot still reckon he’s been treated unfair. Simple truth is he has NEVER had a team mate who was as good as him, let alone better. Do you reckon he would have won those two world championships if Schumy was his team mate? Not a chance.
By the way has anybody heard that new version of the ABBA song? There was something in the air that night, your driving is SHITE Fernando! Lewis will beat you here & there and everywhere, Fernando!!! |

well, I might as well paste the end of the petition from the other site, and complete the description:
G.P. of China (06-10-07) Once more, F. Alonso encounters problems in Q3, after having been faster than his companion during the free practice sessions, and the first two qualification sessions. Ultimate evidence, when F. Alonso is on the podium to celebrate his second position, following the abandon of L. Hamilton, only one mechanic from McLaren is there to rejoice. After the race, Ron Dennis publically declares that the struggle during the race was not against Ferrari, but against F. Alonso, who is now considered by his team as an opponent. Once noticed and analyzed, the facts stated give us enough evidence to confirm that the equal treatment between the two drivers has not been respected, by McLaren or by the FIA with the application of the Formula 1 rules. Consequently, with the signatures below, we denounce publically all these irregularities and express our profound indignation towards all that has happened during this 2007 F1 Championship. (and now we know, of course, that the tire pressures were altered in china too, this time due to warmers) |
