strahan will either prove, or disprove the need for such a lengthy, and often times injury prone, pre-season camp to ready a team for the season. if he is able to step in, and be at 80% or 90% of his full ability, than so much for all that unnecessary training time. but than, the owners, and tv would lose out on all that revenue, wouldn't they.

I am a devoted Giants fan and have been since I was a small child. Our father raised us that way. In our house it was be a giants fan "or else". But I have nothing but respect for Michael Strahan. He has been through a lot this past year. I'm sure he will be ready to play. I just hope that the whole team will give him the support he is going to need. I can't wait to see you in the "Superbowl". Even if it's not this year maybe bext year. I live in the Tampa Bay area and I would love to be able to see them at home again."Go Giants". We are always cheering for you here in Florida!!!!!!

I do agree that EVERYONE would lose out on a lot of revenue. I also hope to see more of Jeremy Shockey this season. He is such an important part of the Giants offense, and now that Eli is becoming more confident in himself and the team members he is going to be leading, they are going to be fantastic this season.
