Bengals' Lewis not feeling on defensive

They got some good players on D. Most, however, are loose nuts from a criminal/societal standpoint, and there HAVE been injuries like you wouldnt believe. N'theless, whod wanna work that bunch of lugnuts? Look at Palmer, what else does the guy need to do ! Marvin, get outta there. The Bengals as an organization are a peg above the Raiders in my book. Just move on, move on. Youre better than that. Whod wanna coach a team put together by an owner who is an all-out nitwit and meddles like Jerry Jones, only he's got the knowledge of Al Davis ? Move on. This aint Dallas, its the Bengals. You did well the first years, you cant build a D without top players. Baltimore did it right from the get go, Cincy didnt. End of story. Played Dad to Chad and TJ long enough. Lose Chris Henry, take a breather and find whats right. It aint in Cincy, let them fold the deck, hitch on. Happy trails, that town is a joke.

The Ravens fielded one of the best defenses ever to take the field in 2000. Lewis was the beneficiary of that defense and became a hot commodity after that season in the same way Billick became a hot commodity after coaching the record setting Vikings offense. As it turns out Billick was no offensive genius and Lewis was no defensive genius.

I am just glad Marvin Lewis is not a head coach of Ravens. As MR. DAVID STEELS and MIKE PRESTON suggested to bring in Marvin Lewis as a head coach of Ravens.

Steels even suggested to give 1st and 2nd round picks in order to get Marvin Lewis. What a joke STEELS and PRESTON are?

I would like to ask them a question what do they think about it now ? When poor Marvin might not even have a job after this season. I think Marvin is a good assistant coach but lacks head coach management skills.

The relationship between coaches and their team is tenuous and requires a certain chemistry to be successfull.....for example Tom Coughlin came to the Giants and his style and his demeanor almost cost him his job until he got a fortunate reprieve with a miracle win against the Redskins....at that point he reevaluated his style, made some adjustments and has been extremley successfull ever since. The most is important aspect is having the talent and players that are receptive to instruction and winning....the bungals have done a poor job of giving Marvin Lewis impact players that have any measure of character....and with a team sport without cooperation, cohesion and unity the chain is only as strong as it's weakest link......it is the front office that needs to be replaced and then maybe Lewis could have players who would be receptive to his methodical, analyitical, style of coaching...one bad apple spoils a bunch......... the bungals have had an abundance of bad apples....dont blame the waiter ....blame the cook for the spoiled ingredients

Yes Sir Mr. Farting Preston is exactly right!!! Yes, offer the world to get the hot, so super duper hot, Coach Marvin (not so Starvin) Lewis. He's the Yankee Doodle Roger Dodger Super stud football coach of the century...I almost forgot the Marvin LUV fest. Good call!

Lest we forget it is the Bungles system that has let them down...right. Bungle is as Bungle does. Watch the Ravens get beat now...Hope I did not Jinx them...Darn. Happy Turkey Day!

It was Mike Preston who suggested draft picks for Marvin Lewis not Steele.

It's not the front office; it's the owner, the Brown Family. You could have Belichick and Pioli in there and they would do okay at first and then eventually settle at about 3-13.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Capricorn

Confusion reigns supreme today, especially when dealing with financial matters. You could get into a muddle when sorting out your accounts or when working out how much you owe someone, even though you may not notice this at the time. It certainly isn't the day for parting with large sums of money because the chances of something going wrong are very high.
