I think it was the right decision to fire Tice but, I didnt see that there should be any hurry. I am sure that they have already looked at some potential coaches. They had all summer. I would have fired him in the start of the season when he seemed unable to rally the team at all. I know they werent playing up to their potential and if they could have had a little more fire they would be in the playoffs.

I don't know if it was all Tice's fault but I think they should of canned Culpepper instead of Moss and they probably would of been in the play-offs. Hopefully this new owner will put together a winning combination
