the eagles need more than a few good draft picks-- they depleted their entire defensive secondary and replaced it with nothing.... westbrook is one hit away from being deep-sixed, and mcSLOBB is a panty-waste from the get-go...

And by entire defensive secondary you mean Dawkins and Sheppard? Dawkins best days are behind him and in all honestly was a liability in coverage. Sheppard wasn't even used much last year. Jim Johnson likes Joselio Hanson more than Sheppard. Quintin Mikell is the most underrated safety in the league and should have made the Pro Bowl last year. We still have Brown and Samuel both Pro Bowl caliber players. Our secondary should be the least of our worries.

Bottom line is that the Eagles need an every down back and need to use that 21 pick to get one, however leaving it up to Reid and the front office they will likely either trade down or trade out if the 1st round. BTW, is there really an "every down back" in this draft?

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aries

Christmas Eve finds you happy and eager to get the most out of the day. You're in a rather sentimental mood, so if you've got time you'll relish the chance to watch a favourite film, especially if it means you've got to get out the hankies. A friend's kindness or sensitivity will delight you - and make you wonder how you can reciprocate.
