I like Jared Allen, don't get me wrong. But if he talks like this to Klink, then I can see where Klink would understand him.- Gibberish... |

1 Stars on a team get big heads, get greedy and become individuals pretty fast and we've seen it all over the league. LJ's attitiude has never fit the team. I'd trade him for a couple of pro bowl O liners that would make even Croyle and the rookie RBs look good. Good riddens to him and others like him. |

Carl Peterson has single handedly driven the Chiefs organization into the ground. The Chiefs have slowly gone down hill, since the great teams of the 90s. Atleast he is keeping that great winning coach herm Edwards! Cough... Hack... choke...

ok Jared, enough is enough. Quit bashing these guys and move on. Makes me wonder if you're too busy holding onto the past to play in the present? Ripping on them shows who YOU are - so again, give it up.

I appreciate your candor JA, and that you're looking for honesty in the front office. I just don't see how you're getting that here :). I imagine you'll be writing about the Vikings in the same way at your next stop, not that I would blame you much. We'll enjoy it while you're here.
Who knows, maybe Zygi will stand up and fire the incompetent Childress, maybe then we'll have a chance to meet expectations. |

Jared is right on target with his criticism of Carl Peterson. And Gonzo is NOT keeping his mouth shut about being lied to. As a secondary Chiefs fan, I don't blame Tony G one freckle for being frustrated with managemnet. He was lied to last week and before the season began.
This is a bit chippy, but, a couple weeks ago Tony G had the chance break the last remaining record for tight ends in front of the home crowd and friends and family that had traveled miles to be there. Just needed 3 yards. The freakin coach Edwards didnt throw the ball anymore and Tony had to break it on the road. Talk about lack of class on the Chiefs part. That still riles Tony, though he has too much class to admit it publicly. Sort of. Things is,,,, if a SUPER class act like Tony G is complaining,,,, there must be something to what he says. Not many fans here in KC that disagree with Tony. Only a few pinheads that call themselves die hard fans and live in their mothers basement. |

Does anyone wonder who's really calling the shots in KC? Gunther Cunningham is still there - is that because Herm wanted him, or Peterson did/does? I just find it a bit odd that Herm never really brought in a whole new staff. Maybe his hands are/were tied in the whole Tony thing.(The catch, not the trade...) I'm just sayin...
But back to JA - he really needs to realize saying these things about his former team (even the ownership) is a reflection on him too. It's time to move on and let go dude. |

Hey Jared! How 'bout them Vikings?!
Seriously man, while it's understandable that you can commiserate with your buds back on the Chiefs roster, I'm a lot more interested in your *honest* take on being used for pass coverage rather than dogging the QB. What do you think can be done to improve your chances to get to the QBs? How do you like having the Williamses choking up the center for you? What do you think the key will be to push the Vikings overall defense from #7 to #1 in the remaining season? Stuff like that. You know. Relevant to being a Viking, and to us Vikings fans. Jared, we love you here in the purple, let's focus on that purple. |

The trouble YOU went through? Dude, you got yourself into that trouble. I know accountability is a multi-syllable word and therefore beyond your comprehension, but if you sound it out slowly you just might learn it some day. And quit whining, you got your money.
BTW-LJ's got plenty of time on his hands right now. Maybe the two of you can go out drinking together, he can spit on some women then you can drive him home. |

"live in their mothers basement."
Yeah, there are so many high paying jobs out there, that there is absolutely no excuse to live with your parents. That comment just shows how ignorant you are of the situation as a whole. |

I'm glad Peterson and Jared didn't see eye to eye. We got a great deal for a top defensive end.

Jared,
Some of us in Kansas City know a good player when we see one. The Chiefs made a monumental mistake in trading you. Wish you were still a Chief. Best of luck in the future. |
