Colts get the UGLY win! Okay, so Rushing gets the punt return that ends up being the game winner, but, please Santa, for Christmas, put Russ Purnell in your sack and take him with you to the North Pole. I mean really, look at how many yards we gave up to a bad team on kick-off returns. On every series, all Raiders needed was on play to be across the 50. As for the rest of the game...well, it was obvious...where was our rushing game? And then there were all the dropped passes and whatever. How many trips to the red zone did we have, and we end up with 2 fg's and a TD. Sad! Glad to be on the plane and headed home. It's a "W", but oh my...could it be any uglier?

I wasn't able to watch the game, but have taped it and will watch tonight. By reading the article above it sounds like our offense struggled and with so many of our defensive starters out, I am glad we won even if it wasn't very pretty.

Congratulations, Colts!

Dungy is in a class by himself. If this doesn't secure his place among the greatest coaches of all time, I don't know what would.

You mean like NE really put the dismal Jets away? Ponies had no original starters on the D-line, along with Harrison and others still out. Yes, it was ugly, but, NE has played some ugly of their own in the past few weeks.

Hey KIETH for once shut up and hide your ignorance you are embarrasing us Colts fans. There are always games like this our defensive line was all back ups. A championship team finds ways to win and thats what the Colts did. Why dont you jump back off the Colts bandwaggon we dont need fans like you. P.S. Buy your Gonzalez jersey yet?

I have to give Dungy and Co. props for making it through a rough couple of months because of all the injuries. This team is truly resiliant. It will be nice to play a couple of "meaningless" games in which we can rest alot of the guys that are banged up. With Freeny, Morris, Booger, and others done for the year, I know we won't be 100%. Lets hope we can get close enough. Hopefully they learned their lesson in 2005, DO NOT REST ALL OF YOUR STARTERS TO LONG. Let them play maybe a half or just a quarter. But they have got to be sharp in January.

There are still a few things that need to be worked on though before the playoffs begin. I was unable to watch the game today, but followed it online. Their special teams coverage didn't seem to be great (once again), they had NO running game today (not sure why), and their Red-Zone offense was terrible. Also, how in the world do you let the Raiders put together a drive of 20 plays that ate up almost the entire second quarter. I know Coach Dungy will have these problems fixed in time for the playoffs.

Anyways, Congrats to the 2007 AFC South Champions!!!!! 5 years in a row, that is truly remarkable!!!!! I am soooooo proud of this team!!!

Yes it was an ugly win and if that pass interference no/call hadn't gone the Colts way, it might have had a different outcome! But it's a W and we'll take it! I really like the way Gonzo has started to play lately! The last couple of weeks he's been the most consistent receiver we've had! Not trying to take anything away from Reggie, however!

Carmel huh. At least you dont live in a place where you can understand the real Indiana. Midwestern state where people work hard you live in a place more like arrogant Boston. WAY TO GO COLTS.
