I dont get it... We have no depth on the O-line, If Smiley goes down we are finished. The only guy on the depth chart behind him hasnt even been activated this season, Then we got like three guys on the right side fighting to see who is the worst. Ive got an idea, lets bring up a line backer cause god knows they are gonna see plenty of action as our O-line deteriorates...ahhhhhhh...GO PHINS!!!

Based on PS, I assumed Ninkovich would have made the roster over Moses...who has done nothing all year. But, they decided to convert him to MLB while on the PS. I suspect he'll be out there on STs and he's a hell of a pass rusher if they give him the opp. If I were Quentin Moses, I'd be playing for my professional life.

Aloha Howie: That aside, McChesney didn't offer much depth anyway. He had zero experience and was put in to fill a gap caused by cutting Evan Mathis. We do have depth problems with Alleman being the back-up @ C and guard and alternating as the starter with Ike @ RG. Evan Mathis is still out there if Smiey goes down. But, Smiley is the best run blocker we have and a big help to JLong -- let's hope he makes it all 16 games b/c he has a history of injuries

Actually, one correction I forgot about Shawn Murphy. Maybe he's finally getting it. So, Alleman, Murphy and Nate Garner are the primary back-ups with McLovin on IR.

Anyway, Ninkovich on the PS was one of the few roster moves I never fully understood...apparently, he was being converted to MLB from OLB which is perplexing because he's like a mini-me Matt Roth -- same motor, strong smaller and quicker/faster. Interesting to see how they use him besides STs.

The only thing I can think of is we are still in the beginning of the rebuilding process. With Crowders future still up in the air They must be exploring every option. The front 7 is looking pretty good, Other than Ferguson being a little banged up and getting old, he is still solid. So maybe we are gonna go with what we have there, and then they will focus on O-line and DBs during the off-season...GO PHINS!!!

Don't sweat it, man. The Tuna knows what he's doing; I'm finally convinced of as much.

If we should really need an O-liner, the Tuna will pick a guy that nobody has heard of and he'll probably succeed in the system.

It's so great to have people in charge that know what they are doing for once! Trust me, we'll be addressing WR and CB in the draft. Crowder is going to be alright.

GO PHINS!!!

Hey, guys. Ninkovich played great in the pre-season. This is all about upgrading the special teams - something that has bit us in the a$$ thus far. Sure, we should have signed a veteran guard in the off-season, but we didn't. Hopefully the boys up front will play hard and run it all over Oakland.
